Turmeric shrimp stuffed with garlic and fresh wild cilantro
Mojito with guaro
Make your own mojito with the national liquor of Costa Rica
Tuna fish with fresh tamarind teriyaki, pickled ginger, quinoa and gingered Brussels sprouts
Exotic chicken with cashew nuts, ginger and turmeric from the farm
Served with couscous
Belgian chocolate mousse
Coffee with Costa Rican coffee liquor
